I have always thought about losing weight and eating healthier. This is how I plan to do it. Journal it.
PLAN: Lose 20 lbs by mid-February!
And.......GO!
Lets see Yesterday I ate
Bowl of potato sop with cheese, chives and bacon
2 small cinnamon rolls
one bite sized 3 musketeers bar
orange juice
coke
Today:
6 inch chicken, bacon sub
cherry coke
mountain dew
I am not really ever eating that much but I dont seem to be losing any weight. I guess it would be easier to go annorexic now that my body isn't hungry.
